Here's maybe a more dramatic angle, although still not quite the right one. 

Here's the same house - the picture's not quite from the same angle, but it looks like it's barely hanging on, may go any day now. Of course, people have probably been saying that to themselves for the last ten years... 

I took a picture of this house, on Highway 180 near Alma, back in May. I never did find out when it was built, or by who, or anything else about it, but I think it's safe to assume it's been standing a long long time, and that whoever attached the wire cared about keeping it up as long as possible.
