How long is 159?

159 is around 9 or 10 miles, and we'll start at the top so we're walking downhill most of the way. The road is narrow, steep and windy with lots of blind corners and room for only one car in places, so if you meet another car going the other way, someone has to back up. A long drop into a rocky ravine if you step off the road - we'll be hugging the mountainside.

Bet you'll be glad to get to cross that one off the map. Are there many roads like that on your Walk? (Sounds so important and flash with a capital W no?)

BTW, do you park the car, walk then walk back to it or do you have a support driver trailing you?

Actually, we take two cars, and park one at either end. BTW, I am suddenly having trouble posting a comment to your blog. - S.
